Below are the instructions for configuring your email stationery in Outlook or Outlook

OUTLOOK EXPRESS INSTRUCTIONS
HOW DO I INSTALL MY EMAIL STATIONERY IN OUTLOOK?
INSTRUCTIONS:

| Step 1: |
Click on the link that was sent to you by email from Insta.biz. |
|
| Step 2: |
You web browser will open and your email stationery will be
displayed.
|
|
| Step 3: |
On your keyboard, hit CTRL A (the select all
command) to highlight your stationery.
|
|
| Step 4: |
On your keyboard, hit CTRL C (the copy command) to copy your
stationery into memory.
|
|
| Step 5: |
Launch Outlook. |
|
| Step 6: |
From the main screen in Outlook, click on the "Tools" drop-down
menu.

Select "Options".

Click on the "Mail Format" tab.

In the mail sending format section of this screen, make sure that the format is set
to "HTML". If it is not, use the drop-down menu to select it.

Also make sure that the box that says, "Use Microsoft Word to edit
email messages" is NOT checked. NOTE: The first time you send an email on your
stationery, Outlook will ask you again if you wish to use Word to edit your email
messages. You must reply "No" or your email stationery will not work
properly.

| Step 11: |
If you use a signature file you will need to disable it (it is most likely built into
your email stationery anyway). Click on the drop-down menu above the "Signature Picker"
button and scroll the menu to the top to select "<None>".

Now click on the "Stationery Picker" button.

Click on the "New" button.
|

| Step 14: |
Type in a name for your new stationery.
|
|
| Step 15: |
Leave everything else the same and select "Next".
|

| Step 16: |
In the "Preview" window at the bottom of the screen, right-click your mouse and
select "Paste". If the "Paste" option does not appear, type CTRL V on your keyboard.

Click "OK".

Click "OK", "OK", then "Apply"
and "OK" to complete the installation and save your changes.

Click "New Mail Message" to send an email on your email stationery.

I DON'T WANT MY EMAIL STATIONERY TO COME UP EVERY TIME I SEND AN
EMAIL. HOW DO I SET A BLANK EMAIL AS MY DEFAULT?

I HAVE A BLANK EMAIL SET AS MY DEFAULT. HOW DO I SELECT MY EMAIL
STATIONERY WHEN I WANT TO USE IT?

From the mail screen in Outlook, click on the "Actions" drop-down menu.

Hold your mouse over "New Mail Message Using".

Outlook lists the last five stationery files that were used on your computer. If
your stationery appears in this list, select it.

HOW DO I UNINSTALL MY EMAIL STATIONERY?

Select "Options".

If your stationery is not already selected, locate it in the list.

Click the "Remove" button.

You will be asked, "Are you sure that you want to permanently remove this stationery.
Click "Yes".

Then click "Cancel" (otherwise you'll inadvertently select the next
stationery in the list as your default) and then "OK" to save
your changes.

HOW DO I INSTALL MY EMAIL STATIONERY IN OUTLOOK EXPRESS?
INSTRUCTIONS:

Click on the link that was provided to you by email.
|
|
| Step 2: |
You web browser will open and your email stationery will be displayed.
|
|
| Step 3: |
Click on the "View" drop-down menu and select "Source".
|
|
| Step 4: |
Notepad will open and display the HTML code for your email stationery.
|
|
| Step 5: |
Click on the "File" drop-down menu.
|
|
| Step 6: |
Select "Save As".
|
|
| Step 7: |
Change the "Save as type" drop-down menu to "All files".
|
|
| Step 8: |
Type in a file name, but be sure that it ends in ".htm" (do not include the quote marks)
|
|
| Step 9: |
The file needs to be saved in the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery
|

| Step 10: |
Click on the "Save in" drop-down menu and select "My
Computer".
|

| Step 11: |
Click on your hard drive (C: in most cases).
|

| Step 12: |
Double click on "Program Files".
|
|
| Step 13: |
Double click on "Common Files".
|

| Step 15: |
Double click on "Microsoft Shared".

Double click on "Stationery".
|

Finally, click on the "Save" button to save the file to your computer.

How do I send a message on my email stationery?
INSTRUCTIONS:

In the main screen in Outlook Express, click on the downwards pointing arrow
next to the "Create Mail" button.

| Step 2: |
If your stationery appears in the list, select it there.
|
|
| Step 3: |
Otherwise, click on "Select Stationery" and select it from the
pop-up list that appears and click ok.

I'D LIKE MY EMAIL STATIONERY TO COME UP EVERY TIME I SEND

|

Towards the bottom of the this window, make sure the Mail Sending Format
is "HTML".

Click on the "Compose" tab.
|

| Step 5: |
In the "Stationery" section of this window, put a check in the
box next to "Mail" and then click the "Select"
button.

| Step 6: |
Choose your email stationery from the list that appears.
|
|
| Step 7: |
Click "Ok".
|
|
| Step 8: |
Click "Apply" and then "Ok".
|
|
| Step 9: |
Click on "Create Mail" and your new email stationery will appear.
